Here I have the materials-
Tengra fish, puni michuri, potato, coriander leaves, dried chilli paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, onion paste, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.
Recipe -
First I took Puni Michuri and Potatoes here. This time I have cut Puni Michuri and potato into small pieces.
This time I have washed Puni Michuri and potatoes well with clean water. This time I took Puni Michuri and potatoes together in a pot.
This time I have taken coriander leaves. This time I have washed the coriander leaves well. This time I cut the coriander leaves into small pieces.
This time I put a ring in the oven and put oil in the pan. This time I stirred it a little with a little onion and put a little dried chilli paste and a little garlic paste in it. This time I stirred it again and added a little salt and a little turmeric powder. This time I have stirred them well and put tengra fish inside it. This time I have moved the tengra fish well for a while. This time I took it down from the stove.
This time I put a ring in the oven again and put the same amount of oil in the pan. This time I stirred it a little with onion paste and put dried chilli paste and garlic paste inside it. This time again, after stirring for a while, I put Puni Michuri and potato in it together. Now I have stirred them well and put salt and turmeric powder in them. This time I stirred it again for a while and put some water in it. This time I will mix Puni Michuri and potato together well.
After a while, Puni Michuri and Potato are washed together. This time I have given enough water inside it. This time I will burn for a while. After a while, I put tengra fish inside it with a little movement. This time I stirred them well and after a while I put cumin paste in it. Now with a little movement, I will light it again for a while. After a while the broth has come down a lot. This time I have spread coriander leaves on it. As a result of giving coriander leaves, the taste of curry is completely frozen. This time I will burn again for a while. After a while the broth is completely reduced. So I have easily made a very tasty Puni Michuri and Potato cooked together with Tengra fish. This time I took it down from the stove.
