Today I am back with a new recipe among you again in a very short time with very little ingredients, very tasty ghee kanchan vegetable fried. I hope you like it.
So friends, let's see how I fried a very tasty Ghee Kanchan vegetable.
Here I have the materials-
1- Ghee Kanchan vegetable
2- Raw chilli slice
3- Crushed garlic
4- Salt to taste and
5- Soybean oil etc.
How to fry-
First I took Ghee Kanchan vegetable here. This time I have chopped ghee kanchan vegetables. Now I have washed them well.
This time I put a ring in the oven and gave the same amount of water to the pan. This time I have sliced the green pepper inside it. This time I put ghee in it with kanchan vegetables. This time I put salt in it. Now I will cover it with a lid and light it for a while.
After a while I lifted the lid. This time I will stir the ghee kanchan vegetable well and dry its water. So my ghee kanchan vegetable has been handled well. This time I took it down from the stove.
This time I put a ring in the oven again and put the same amount of oil in the pan. This time I put garlic in it. Now I will fry the garlic cloves reddish. So it has been fried red. This time I have given the ghee Kanchan vegetables which have been stirred in it before. Now I will stir them well and fry them for a while. So my ghee kanchan vegetable has been fried. This time I took it down from the stove.
This time I am serving in a container. And if you fry ghee kanchan; vegetable with little ingredients in this way, it tastes very good to eat. You can definitely try this at home. This vegetable fry tastes great.
