Fish Tikka Kebab


Fish Tikka Kebabs is an amazing snack recipe that is very famous in North-India. The Tikka is an Indian cookery, marinated in a gravy and normally baked in a clay oven. I have grilled this in an electronic oven though. Fish is a great source of Protein and Omega 3, 6 & 9. and these fish tikka are normally grilled or baked so they do not contain any fat or cholesterol. The dish is an amazing snack recipe before a light supper. Let me just take you through the simple steps of preparing these.
Ingredients :

- Tender Fish 500 Gms.
- Gram Flour 3 Tbsp.
- Half a cup of water.
- Salt to taste.
- Pinch of Cumin seeds.
- Garam Masala 1/2 Tbsp.
- Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Tbsp.
- Black Pepper 1/2 Tbsp.
- Lemon - 1
Here are the steps :
First we will marinate the fish, starting off by adding all the spices to the tender fish.

Add Gram Flour in the bowl.

Now Add half a cup of water to make the marination in a paste form.

Once you have achieved this texture of the paste, Let it rest for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare a grilling tray and wrapping it in a piece of Aluminium Foil. Also, spread a little bit of oil all over the area of the tray. Also, put the griller on a preheat mode on 250 degrees for 5 minutes.

Now place the marinated pieces on the tray with even gaps in between.

Once the oven is ready, put the tray in the oven and let it cook for 10 - 12 minutes.

Close the lid of the oven, these will be ready in 10 - 12 minutes.

And the Deliciously healthy Fish Tikka Kebab is ready. The best way to eat is to squeeze that lime over it and enjoy!!!!
