Welcome to my blog today on the menu is a very special snacks that is most popular in girls, teenagers and people who like exciting piquant food. Anybody who has been to India or follows Indian food must have heard of either Gol Gappey or Pani Puri or Pani ke Batashe and there are many more names that we Indians call this beautiful snack.
The dish is basically a combination of fried all purpose flour balls that are filled with mashed potato and some dip and then filled with piquant water while serving. This is a street food that you will find at almost every street food corner, all over India.
Let's get this started, the dish's recipe contains ready to fry balls, mashed potato, strikingly piquant water mix and tamarind Sauce.
Pani Puri
Ingredients
- Ready to fry Gol Gappa - pani puri
- Mashed Patato
Pani Puri Masala
Boondi
Tamarind Sauce
Fry the Balls.
Add Masala & Boondi to water.
Mash the potato & add Salt ans Pepper to taste.
