Today I will share a recipe for a snack, this snack is still nutritious because I made this snack from ripe bananas fried in wheat flour and a sprinkling of breadcrumbs, so that it gives a sweet and savory taste sensation. I call this snack banana sand. recipe uses the main ingredient of ripe bananas. Banana is a fruit that has a sweet taste when it is yellow (ripe), the texture is soft and fibrous, so consuming bananas is good for maintaining the health of our digestive system.
This sand banana snack can be enjoyed as breakfast with a glass of hot tea or coffee. In addition, this snack can be enjoyed during teatime in the afternoon or when relaxing with family.
Come on, those who can't wait to make a delicious banana sand snack, let's prepare the ingredients to make it. the ingredients are :
ripe bananas 15 pieces(choose those that are not too ripe and don't have seeds)
5 tablespoons of wheat flour (adjust to the number of bananas)
bread crumb(the amount adjusts to the number of bananas)
enough water
enough cooking oil (I used 400 mL)
The first step is to add water to the wheat flour little by little until it forms a dough. mix the water little by little so that the dough doesn't become runny because it puts too much water.
The second step peel the banana, then split it like this.
The third step put the bananas that have been split both into the wheat flour mixture.
The fourth step is to roll the bananas that have been coated with wheat flour into the breadcrumbs. use the breadcrumbs little by little, because if it is exposed to water or flour dough, the breadcrumbs will clump and can't be used anymore.
The fifth step let's fry, heat the oil, after it's hot, let's fry the bananas.
The breadcrumbs turn brown and burn quickly, don't forget to flip the bananas so they don't burn.
The sixth step after finishing frying for the first stage, don't forget to throw away the remaining flour so that the second fried food doesn't burn with the rest of the first fried flour.
Fry the bananas until they run out.
serve the sweet and savory banana sand with a cup of hot tea/coffee.
This sand banana is also more delicious when given a sprinkling of sweetened condensed milk, chocolate or cheese on top.
