Las Tortillas es una de mis platos favoritos además son muy versatiles. Esta vez combine avena con vegetales ricos en vitaminas y minerales. Aquí mi receta a mi estilo.
Tortillas are one of my favorite dishes, and they’re also very versatile. This time, I combined oats with vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals. Here’s my recipe, my way.

1 taza de avena
1 Zanahoria
1´2 plàtano
canela
Polvo de hornear
2 Huevos
Semillas de
Aceite
Sal al gusto
1 cup of oats
1 carrot
1/2 banana
cinnamon
baking powder
2 eggs

Paso a paso| Step by step.
1.- Primero, pelamos y rayamos tanto la zanahoria como el platano.
First, peel and grate both the carrot and the banana.
2.-Segundo, batimos los huevos agregamos la zanahoria, el plátano rayados mezclamos luego agregamos la avena.
Next, beat the eggs, add the grated carrot and banana, mix well, and then add the oats.
3.- Luego agregamos la sal la canela al gusto y el polvo de hornear.
Then we add salt, cinnamon to taste, and baking powder.
4.- En un sartén añadimos un poquito de aceite, volteamos la tortilla, la tapamos y cocinamos a fuego lento,cocinamos por ambos lados.
