As you know that Vietnam is a country with many special food and fruits. And you also know that Vietnam is famous for street foods. But today, I am here to tell you about the traditional food in our family. That is Bun Cha Cuon, maybe you can translate it into English as "noodle spring roll".
That is a delicious dish and you can easy to make it at home.
We did this dish on the occasion of Easter. we are a big family so we prepare a lot of food here.
You can see in the picture, we have many small dishes together, and they are mixed together to make a main dish, which we call it is Bun Cha Nuong.
We have herbs, fried eggs, boiled pork, french fries, spring rolls, rolls, vermicelli, mango, chopped cucumber, and sweet and sour fish sauce.
The ingredients are very simple and easy to make which will save us a lot of time in preparation.
Here you just need to boil the pork and cut it up and put it on a plate, fried eggs and then cut into small pieces and put them on a plate, tofu is also fried and put out on small plates like that, clams also have spring rolls, as well. chopped, cucumbers and mangoes are also shredded. The purpose of this thin slice is so that when we eat, we roll all the above ingredients, along with a little more vermicelli, and we can enjoy grilled Bun cha with sweet and sour fish sauce.
