This time I bring you a very simple dessert to make, it is a vanilla sponge cake with milk that I made with a lot of love and affection to share the birthday of my beloved mother-in-law, I hope you like it as much as she loved it and I enjoy it .
Ingredientes para el bizcocho:
6 Tazas de Harina leudante
4 Tazas de Azúcar
500g de margarina o mantequilla
3 Tazas de leche
6 Huevo
Vainilla
Polvo de hornear
Ingredients for the cake:

4 cups of sugar

Preparación:
Primeramente separamos las claras de las yemas con mucha delicadesa, ya que se pueden romper y para ello yo solo le abro rompo un poco el cascaron. Se reservan las claras para mas adelante.

En un bol colocamos la margarina o mantequilla temperatura ambiente, con ayuda de la batidora la batimos hasta que se vea muy cremosa.

Para finalizar las claras reservadas las batimos a punto de nieve y la integramos de forma envolvente con ayuda de una paleta. Agregamos la mezcla a una tortera previamente engrasada y enarinada. Llevamos al horno 45 min a 200ºC

Yo la adorne de la con el merengue clasico que realice con 2 claras de huevo y 1 taza de azúcar. Para realizarlo se montan las claras a punto de nueve y se le agrega el azúcar poco a poco hasta que formen picos.
