Hello again hive friends, how was your day had been? Mine is a little tiring. I did all the laundry but too bad the rain started soon.
By the way let me share you out viand this morning. We cooked vegetables which we got from our little garden. Well except for the lady fingers.(It was my mother in law who gave us yesterday, it also came from her gatden.)
My mother planted the squash and the spinach while the moringa came from the ones that I planted some months ago. The ginger, I'm not so sure who planted it, but it was there in the garden all along.
It was sunday and my rest day from work. My husband had a visitor, a nieghbor who wants to sell his scraps so I did the cooking for the morning viand.
I boiled water and put some salt, I added the squash, and ginger and waited for it to boil. After about 3 minutes of boiling and the squash is tender, I added the lady finger (I wanted it only half-cooked) then a little later, the spinach and moringa. I always let my husband taste my cooking then said it lacked of salt, he jokingly said to me that I should not be shy of using salt, but as he said it, he added the salt for the vegetables to taste accordingly.
By the time the vegetables is cooked, we were all hungry, husband said to give some to my mother whose house is just few steps away, bit we decided to bring the food to their house and eat with them there. I never even got the chance to record the cooked food because I was also busy with my kkids but we all had a great feast.

The vegetables we consumed is delicious. Such vegetables can bost the immunity which we needed in these times.
