ESTOFADO DE VENADO A LA YUJOMAR

INGREDIENTES

2 kilos de carne de venado, previamente sancochada y blanda.
1 Kilo de papas peladas y cortadas en al grosor y tamaño de su preferencia
3 Cebollas grandes finamente cortadas en cubos.
3 Cucharadas colmadas de pasta de tomate..
6 Ajíes dulces finamente picados.
4 Cucharadas de aceite.
1 Cucharadita de comino.
1 Pizca de pimienta.
3 Dientes de machacados.
Sal al gusto
Unas ramitas de cilantro España

INGREDIENTS
