When there is an occasion dessert is never missing or there is always something served on the table if we have the budget. I would like to share with you the buko salad I made for a special occasion. The prices are high, so the ingredients I bought are relatively low prices. Its very easy to prepare. Here's how:
Creamy Buko Salad
Ingredients:
- Shredded sweet young coconut meat
- Fruit cocktail
- Kaong
- Nata de coco
- 2 can condensed milk
- Nestle cream
- Cheese cut into cubes.
Preparation:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Put the shredded coconut meat in a clean large bowl.
- Add fruit cocktail, kaong, nata de coco and cheese.
- Gradually add condensed milk and nestle cream.
- Mix. Put them in plastic containers so that the measurements are even and the entire bowl of salad is not taken out of the fridge.
- Chill for at least an hour before serving.
