Una vez que hemos lavado bien todas las verduras comenzamos .Se ponen a freír las lonjas de plátano y se pica en cuadritos el tomate, la cebolla(parte de la cebolla) y el pimentón. Luego la carne se sofríe con el ajo triturado y la sal hasta que quede dorada. Se agrega en un sartén los vegetales picados y se sofríen hasta que queden dorados y se agrega, la salsa de tomate y una taza de agua y se deja cocinar a fuego lento unos veinte minutos. Mientras esto sucede se hace un picadillo del cilantro y se agrega a la salsa cinco minutos antes de apagarla
Once we have washed all the vegetables well, we start frying the plantain slices and dicing the tomato, the onion (part of the onion) and the paprika. Then the meat is fried with the crushed garlic and salt until it is golden brown. Add the chopped vegetables in a frying pan and sauté until golden brown, then add the tomato sauce and a cup of water and let it simmer for about twenty minutes. While this happens, chop the cilantro and add it to the sauce five minutes before turning it off.
Once the meat sauce is ready, prepare the béchamel sauce. Place in a small pot the two tablespoons of butter with part of the remaining onion and let it fry. Then in two cups of water add the wheat flour and stir until it is dissolved and add it to the butter and onion that is frying and stir it little by little without stopping stirring over low heat and until obtaining a creamy texture. Finally we grate the cheese and begin to assemble our pasticho.
We begin by placing all over the mold a part of the béchamel sauce and place the pasticho slices, add the meat sauce and add the banana slices, add some cheese sprinkled all over the pasticho and place another layer of pasticho slices and so on until filling the mold and in the final part we add all the remaining cheese. It is placed in the oven (you can put aluminum foil on top if you have it). It is left at medium heat for about 25 minutes and our pasticho Venezuelan style is ready.
