Hello friends of the community happy monday for all in this opportunity I am going to share an easy recipe of how to make carambolo or also called Chinese tamarind I must emphasize that this is a fruit from a sour tree found more common in the Amazon. the most important benefit is that it has many vitamins and can be eaten in juice or raw as you like.
Ingredientes/ingredients
- 3 carambolos o tamarindo chinos
- azucar
- colador
- licuadora
- 3 Chinese carambolos or tamarinds
- sugar
- strainer
- blender
Proceso/ process
1. - primero lavamos el carambolo y con un cuchillo vamos a quitarle las esquinas y el borde de cada tamarindo chino, luego lo agregamos en la licuadora añadiendo un vaso de agua
1. - first we wash the carambolo and with a knife we are going to remove the corners and the edge of each Chinese tamarind, then we add it in the blender adding a glass of water.
2. - luego lo colamos muy bien hasta que solo queden las pepas en el colador y agregamos para un vaso de jugo una o dos cucharadas de azucar.
2. - then we strain it very well until only the seeds remain in the strainer and add for a glass of juice one or two tablespoons of sugar.
