At 4 p.m. I was picked up by car for press coverage. I told the driver I could use some fresh air. A little dose of adrenaline... he looked at me funny, he thought I wanted him to put his foot on the gas.
-No. Stop, I said. It's just that I'm going to get the camera out and see what we catch along the way.
He smiled.
We always have a lot of fun when we go to work. We talk about anything silly and, well, I also help the laughter with the crazy things that come to my mind. That's just the way I am. Hahaha... well. This is not about me, but about rolling pictures. Of course, haven't you discovered warm water? Why are they rolling? Well, all except the first two and the last one are taken from the car window. This one here, say, nani, was in the co-driver seat.
xxx
Just missed the X's. 😂
I'll stop joking around, come on, seriously, I have to get cooking, I just got home a few minutes ago. I sent the photo of the press coverage and I wanted to tell you about this fast ride (or mischief), whatever.
Well, I have to tell you that Havana is really nice. I have to tell you that Havana is very photogenic. Oh, yeah, you know that. Huh, what shall I say then? Well, I couldn't control the lights very well, everything was too fast. We had to go to the Habana Libre Hotel for the press conference at 5 p.m., and since we arrived 40 minutes early, the trip only took 20 minutes. That driver was going very fast! Still, I was able to make something (alguillo)... it was all about that hunting thing.
😉
-No. Claro, ¿no has descubierto el agua tibia?
😉
A tower of the Baseball Stadium. Nearby lives my partner, another journalist who had to be picked up. Maybe you will meet him in the next post.
I don't know why I have a weakness for these things :P - I always end up photographing them.
Not so interesting this photo, maybe the background...I don't know.... just an everyday scene.
Total lack of control, white too white, boredom, maybe.
Some things collapse... we'd better continue with the next photo.
A striking building at the intersection of Infanta and Carlos III streets. They say it used to be a movie theater and is a sample of Art Deco architecture.
This is like... the big picture of the day. The three of us passengers joke about it a lot. The photographer may have won her dinner with this. {lol}
The sun in front of us. The University of Havana looked beautiful, but you know, the car couldn't stop here. Honking... the press conference was the goal.
We arrive, we have to find a place to park. Many eagles in the sky - hahaha.
This guy couldn't stop shouting, photograph me, photograph me!
