Heute war ich mal wieder alleine unterwegs und begab mich nach einem tollen Frühstück bei strahlendem Sonnenschein auf meinen Hausberg, dem Kandel. Der Kandel ist mit 1241,3m die höchste Erhebung im Mittleren Schwarzwald. Mehr Infos zum Kandel gibt es hier.

Ich startete mit meiner Lieblingsstrecke am Nordhang entlang. Das ist ein schmaler Bergwanderweg SAC T2 welcher im späteren Verlauf schön felsig wird. Heute waren einige Stellen sehr gefährlich, da stellenweise der komplette schmale Pfad mit einer ca. 20cm dicken schmelzenden Schnee-/Eisschicht bedeckt war. Da ich mich dort so konzentrieren musste, vergaß ich glatt ein Bild davon zu machen.

Today, some places were very dangerous, because in places the entire narrow path was covered with about 20cm thick melting snow / ice layer. Since I had to concentrate there so much, I forgot to take a picture of it.
Hier der "große Kandelfelsen", den wieder einige Kletterer besteigen. Auf dem Felsen hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Vom oberen Weg kommt man auch ohne Kletterausrüstung auf den Felsen. Dieses kletterte ich nicht hoch, da mir oben zu viel los war.

Wenn ihr das Bild näher betrachtet, seht ihr einmal etwa mittig den großen Kandelfelsen, unter dem ich auf dem vorherigen Bild noch stand und etwas weiter links ganz hinten am Horizont eine Hütte. Das war mein Startpunkt.
