I have been removing the rewards off these accounts for months. They are all blocked from the UI and as he adds new ones I submit them to be removed as well.

I just went through and removed the few rewards left on these accounts. I tend to sweep them to $0 every few days.

Getting them removed from the UI will be more difficult with Steemit Inc's current situation but I will continue to submit them as they show up.
