Introduction
As I recently introduced the Netflix releases for kids in the mix of content for CineTV, I figured I might as well publish these posts the first week of the month. Today is April 1st so it only made sense to share the latest Netflix releases for the next month today instead of next week.
Shrek Forever After (2010)
I don't know about you but I'm personally a big fan of Shrek, I honestly have been since the first movie I saw. The love for Fiona is quite adorable if you ask me. Let's not even mention Donkey!
I'm not sure which Shrek movies are there exactly but I know we saw them all on Netflix. I was happy to see that today (April 1st) the Shrek Ever After movie from 2010 is also added to the movies on Netflix.
Too bad it's the last one but I never got bored watching any of the Shrek films the so many-th time. What about you? You can check the trailer below:
How To Train Your Dragon (2010)
I love most things about dragons, they look great, they are fierce and they are an awesome art subject. There is something about them that makes me curious whenever I read something about a dragon in a movie or cartoon. This movie is no different, it's another one from 2010 and airs on Netflix today (April 1st). I watched the trailer and I think it's a cool adventurous story which you should check out in the trailer below:
Shark Tale (2004)
This one is a bit older than the ones mentioned above but definitely worth mentioning. I've already seen it in the past but it's honestly such a fun and humorous movie you should check out in case you haven't seen it yet. On top of the jokes, there are a few very fun songs in this movie which I will share below:
I promise you there are many more to be found in the movie though!
Puss In Boots (2011)
And the last one that I wish to share is one of my favorite characters in the cartoon world: Puss in boots!
I absolutely love this cheeky cat, it must be because of Antonio Banderas' voice, lol. I have seen all the Puss in boots movies by now but it never hurts to watch any of the movies with Puss again. They remain funny even after seeing them for the 4th time. Have you seen all the Puss in boots movies yet? If not, go check it out you can find the trailer below:
That's all for this week folks, I hope you will enjoy the rest of the weekend and maybe have a Sunday Netflix session together with the kids tomorrow. Let me know what you have been watching this weekend and if you have more tips for the kids to watch during the Easter holidays.
