Well, the awards that I liked the most were: best supporting actor, which was given to Troy Kotsur, a deaf and dumb actor, I thought it was very nice since they are normally relegated. I also celebrated awards such as "Best Foreign Film", "Best Costume" since I personally loved the costumes in the Cruella movie, "Best Song" because I really like Billie Eilish, and although I think there were songs with more possibilities to win, this year all the singers are to my liking and I would have celebrated the same if someone else had won.
Bueno, los premios que más me gustaron fueron: mejor actor de reparto el cual se lo dieron a Troy Kotsur un actor sordomudo, me pareció muy bonito ya que normalmente los relegados. También celebré galardones como "Mejor pelicula extranjera", "Mejor vestuario" ya que en lo personal me encantó el vestuario de la peli de Cruella, "Mejor canción" ya que me gusta mucho Billie Eilish, y aunque considero que habían canciones con más posibilidades de ganar, este año todos los cantantes son de mi agrado y hubiese celebrado igual si alguien más hubiese ganado.
As I said before, I felt that several categories awarded based on popularity instead of talent, as I felt with the "Best Animated Movie" award, although I like Charm, I think that Luca was the real deserving movie, both the story and the characters. de Luca are very beautiful and I really think he should have won, it is understandable why Encanto won since it is more popular and the soundtrack is very nice but I would have given the award to Luca. Another one that I really like is Raya, however Luca is the best.
Como dije antes, sentí que varías categorías premiaron a base de popularidad en lugar de talento, como sentí con el premio de "Mejor pelicula animada", aunque Encanto me gusta, pienso que Luca era la verdadera pelicula merecedora, tanto la historia como los personajes de Luca son muy hermosos y de verdad pienso que debió haber ganado, se entiende el porqué ganó Encanto ya que goza de mas popularidad y la banda sonora es muy bonita pero yo le hubiese dado el premio a Luca. Otra que me gusta mucho es Raya, sin embargo Luca es la mejor.

I like them both but I think that perhaps Will was not the one who deserved the award, I have not yet seen the movie for which he was nominated but I would have preferred Andrew Garfield or Benedict Cumberbatch to have won it. On the other hand Jessica Chastain has deserved it since the role of her for which she was nominated she played perfectly.

Por otro lado Jessica Chastain lo tiene merecido ya que su papel por la que fue nominada lo desempeñó perfectamente.
The movie that won the highest award was "CODA" which although at first I would not have thought that it would be the winner, I really liked that they have awarded one with a beautiful and important message. She is always expected to win the most popular but I was very pleased that she was the winner.
La pelicula que se alzó con el mayor galardon fue "CODA" la cual aunque al principio no hubiese pensado que ella sería la ganadora, me gustó mucho que hayan premiado una con un hermoso e importante mensaje. Siempre se espera que gane la mas popular pero me agradó mucho que haya sido la ganadora.
And I can't finish the post without talking about the most eclipsing event of the night, which was the altercation between Will Smith and Chris Rock when the latter presented the category of "Best Documentary Feature" since Will got up from his seat and told him He delivered a big slap to the face after Chris made a prank on his wife. Although I do not agree with bullying and against violence, I think it was not the best way for Will to react, although I understand it perfectly. Chris shouldn't have joked about Jada Pinkett's illness and also that Will could have talked to him behind the scenes, since in an event seen live by millions of viewers worldwide he speaks very badly about an actor of the stature of Will Smith.
Y no puedo terminar el post sin hablar de el acontecimiento mas eclipsante de la noche, el cual fue el altercado entre Will Smith y Chris Rock cuando este último presentó la categoría de "Mejor Largometraje Documental" ya que Will se levantó de su butaca y le propinó una gran bofetada en la cara luego de que Chris hiciera una broma hacía su esposa. Aunque no estoy de acuerdo con el bullying y en contra de la violencia, pienso que no fue la mejor manera de reaccionar de Will aunque lo entiendo perfectamente. Chris no debió de haber bromeado sobre la enfermedad que padece Jada Pinkett y también que Will pudo haber hablado con el tras bastidores, ya que en un evento visto en vivo por millones de televidentes a nivel mundial habla muy mal de un actor de la talla de Will Smith.
