With respect to the theme of the contest, I must say, that for me one of the best films in this genre of trials, is "Victors and the vanquished, the Nuremberg Trial", since it is a film that touches the theme of justice and the laws of society, from an ethical and moral point of view, which leads it to go beyond the established law, and leads the viewer to wonder, if really the legal system that reigns in society is really fair, ethical, moral, humane and even decent.
In the development of the film, the individuals are not judged, but the law itself is judged and its exercise and implementation by men and women, considered of high moral standing and high esteem in a cultured society, as was the German society of the time.
The film makes us wonder how it is possible that laws of racial supremacy, designed by a fanatical minority that held political, military and economic power, could be approved by an entire society, including its intellectuals, academics and leaders.
Victors and the vanquished leads us to question ourselves deeply about our values as a society, as human beings and as individuals. At the same time, it shows us the danger that exists in a society manipulated by the media, the power of propaganda, fanaticism and hatred.
In fact, the complete analysis of each of the aspects of the film, would give to make a book, for me, it is one of the best films of this genre, about trials and courts, since at the end of the film, when a process of introspection of the same is made, we will realize that the film is not judging the protagonist, but the society itself and each of us is judged.
Therefore, there is no doubt that the film "The Conquered and the Vanquished, the Nuremberg Trial" is a classic of cinema and especially of the genre that is the subject of this contest. This film, along with film the "Banality of Evil" based on the analysis, experience and conclusions of Hannah Ardent in the Trial of Adolf Eichmann in Jerusalem, embodied in her book "Eichmann in Jerusalem" and her conclusions on the banality of evil, are films, which none of the lovers of this genre of cinema should miss.

The test as such consisted of giving the person, three words, (a subject, a verb and a predicate) and the person taking the test had one minute, to construct a sentence, failure to do so was eligible for the castration process, in Nazi Germany.
Conclusion:
For me, the film "The victors and the vanquished, the Nuremberg trial" is one of the best of its genre, in fact it is a film that personally marked me, I saw it years ago and although I had forgotten its name and was confusing it with the film "The Nuremberg Trials", I have not been able to forget, neither its scenes, nor any of its dialogues, that's how shocking this film was for me at the time.
Since the film made me question myself about morals, ethics, values, good and bad, and question the values of the society in which I live.
In fact, one ends up asking oneself: If the law that the State applies is an injustice, is it my duty to transgress those laws, which in turn generates another question like this: What is just and moral for me, is it just and moral for others? And so on and so forth, questions and questionings are generated, since the film has such an impact on the acute viewer.

Con respecto al tema del concurso, debo decir, que para mí una de las mejores películas en este género de juicios, es “Vencedores y Vencidos, el Juicio de Nuremberg”, ya que es una película que toca el tema de la justicia y de las leyes de la sociedad, desde un punto de vista ético y moral, lo que la lleva a ir más allá de la ley establecida, y lleva al espectador a preguntarse, si realmente el sistema jurídico que impera en la sociedad es realmente justo, ético, moral, humano y hasta decente.
En el desarrollo de la película, no se juzga a los individuos, sino que se juzga a la ley misma y su ejercicio y puesta en práctica por hombres y mujeres, considerados de amplia moral y de alta estima en una sociedad, culta, como lo fue la sociedad alemana de la época.
La película nos lleva a preguntarnos, cómo es posible, que leyes de supremacía racial, diseñadas por una minoría fanática, que ostentaba el poder, político, militar y económico, sea aprobada por una sociedad completa, incluyendo sus intelectuales, académicos y líderes.
Vencedores y vencidos, nos lleva a cuestionarnos de manera muy profunda, sobre nuestros valores, como sociedad, como seres humanos y como individuos. A su vez nos enseña el peligro que existe en una sociedad manipulada por los medios, nos muestra el poder de la propaganda, del fanatismo y del odio.
De hecho, el análisis completo de cada uno de los aspectos de la película, daría para hacer un libro, para mí, es una de las mejores películas de este género, sobre juicios y tribunales, ya que al final de la película, cuando se hace un proceso de introspección de la misma, nos daremos cuenta, que en la película no se juzga al protagonista, sino que se juzga a la sociedad misma y a cada uno de nosotros.
Por lo que sin duda alguna la película “Vencedores y Vencidos, el juicio de Nuremberg” es un clásico del cine y en especial del género que se trata en este concurso. Esta película, junto con película la “Banalidad del Mal” basada en el análisis, la experiencia y conclusiones de Hannah Ardent en el Juicio de Adolf Eichmann en Jerusalén, plasmadas en su libro “Eichmann en Jerusalén” y sus conclusiones sobre la banalidad del mal, son películas, que ninguno de los amantes de este género del cine se deben perder.

La película “Vencedores y Vencidos, el juicio de Nuremberg” se basa en los juicios que se realizaron en la Alemania de pos-guerra, donde los criminales nazis, fueron juzgados por crímenes de guerra.
Pero a diferencia de otras películas, Vencedores y vencidos, se centra en el juicio a los Jueces y Fiscales, del sistema público de justicia nazi, quienes avalaron, con su administración de la justicia, la aplicación de leyes, “racistas, excluyentes e inmorales” para el mundo, pero no para la sociedad alemana de ese momento histórico.
El juicio de la película se centra, sobre las leyes de castración y su aplicación, a las personas consideradas no aptas para tener hijos, ya sea por limitaciones, físicas, mentales o pertenecer a lo que la sociedad alemana del momento consideraba, razas inferiores.

Para mí, una de las escenas más impactantes, es cuando Richard Widmark, describe una de las pruebas para decidir por un especialista, si una persona debía ser castrada a no. La prueba como tal consistía en dar a la persona, tres palabras, (un sujeto, un verbo y un predicado) y la persona que estaba realizando la prueba tenía un minuto, para construir una oración, de no hacerlo era elegible para el proceso de castración, en la Alemania nazi.
Conclusión:
Para mí la película “Vencedores y Vencidos, el juicio de Nuremberg” es una de las mejores de su género, de hecho es una película que personalmente me marco, la vi hace años y aunque había olvidado su nombre y la estaba confundiendo con la película “Los Juicios de Nuremberg”, no he podido olvidar, ni sus escenas, ni alguno de sus diálogos, así de impactante fue para mí esta película en su momento.
Dado que la película me hizo cuestionarme, sobre lo moral, lo ético, los valores, lo bueno y lo malo, y cuestionar los valores de la sociedad en la que vivo.
De hecho, uno termina preguntándose ¿Si la ley que aplica el Estado, es una injusticia, es mi deber transgredir esas leyes?, lo que a su vez genera otra pregunta como esta ¿Lo que es justo y moral para mí, lo es para los demás?.
Y así sucesivamente, se van generando preguntas y cuestionamientos, dado que la película tiene ese impacto en el espectador agudo.
Recomiendo la película ampliamente, ya que sé que la van a disfrutar, más si les gusta este género de películas.
