LA LECTURA... CONOCIMIENTOS Y MUCHO MÁS
La lectura siempre ha sido considerada, de manera primordial, como una fuente de conocimientos, pero va más allá de los datos que podemos aportarle a nuestra memoria, es recreación, diversión, aventura y enriquecimiento de nuestro vocabulario, ya que cada vez que nos sumergimos en las páginas de un buen libro, conocemos historias nuevas, mucha información interesante, y palabras nuevas, lo que nos conlleva a buscar su significado y de esa manera ampliamos nuestro repertorio verbal, comprendemos mejor lo que estamos leyendo, y hasta mejoramos nuestra ortografía.
En estos días de vacaciones y de resguardo en el hogar, van a ser muchas las horas de ocio y es necesario ampliar la lista de actividades recreativas en casa, sobre todo para los niños. Por lo que les sugiero a los padres ir organizando un buen repertorio de libros de cuentos y aventuras interesantes.
Antes de cada rutina de lectura, elaboren una lista de preguntas con respecto al contenido de la misma, y al finalizar el relato, establezcan una actividad de análisis, discusión y comprensión del tema, para que cada integrante dé su opinión o respuesta a cada pregunta planteada.
A los papitos y mamitas, se les sugiere hacer la lectura en voz alta para que todos puedan escucharla y participar, luego pueden hacer un debate o discusión acerca del tema leído, en el que todos pueden inventar más preguntas acerca de su contenido. También pueden sugerirles a los niños, que tomen nota en un cuaderno o papel, de las preguntas que ellos querrían hacerles a los demás acerca de la historia narrada. De esa manera se convertirá la sesión de cuentacuentos, en una divertida dinámica de grupo que llevará un par de horas aproximadamente y al final de la actividad, todos tendrán un conjunto de conocimientos nuevos, y una divertida terapia de relajación.

In these days of vacations and shelter at home, there will be many hours of leisure and it is necessary to expand the list of recreational activities at home, especially for children. So I suggest to parents to organize a good repertoire of books of stories and interesting adventures.
Before each reading routine, prepare a list of questions regarding the content of the same, and at the end of the story, establish an activity of analysis, discussion and understanding of the topic, so that each member gives their opinion or answer to each question raised.
To the daddies and moms, it is suggested to read aloud so that everyone can listen and participate, then they can have a debate or discussion about the topic read, in which everyone can invent more questions about its content. You can also suggest that the children write down on a notebook or paper the questions they would like to ask others about the story. In this way, the storytelling session will become a fun group dynamic that will take approximately a couple of hours and at the end of the activity, everyone will have a new set of knowledge, and a fun relaxation therapy.
