Today world is information based world.It is well knon all of sectors of the earth but people believe that information does not get supreme dignity without payment. So it is a controversial issue. However my believe is that if anyone share some important matter without advantage is primarily seem to be valueless but it has much value. 
Helping mind is always winner. All People are not same their knowledge are different and their want also different. A country is become powerful if hers People become with great knowlegible.so it is that knowledge is power and if this knowledge is become share it becomes more powerful.So at the end it can be say share information is more effective and wiseful.
