Las personas cada vez creen menos en otros; los medios de comunicación y redes sociales se han convertido en, grandes fábricas de espejismos humanos y sociales; cuando los algoritmos saben más de ti que la persona con la que duermes.
El liderar se complica y la incertidumbre se agrava. Muchos recordamos estrategias o triunfos pasados tratando de descubrir formas y maneras para liderar de manera efectiva, porque tenemos la responsabilidad de mantener al equipo animado y actuando, para garantizar la continuidad de las actividades de nuestras empresas u organizaciones.
Escribo pensando en mis responsabilidades, pienso para escribir porque no hay pócimas que nos ayuden a surfear esta inmensa ola. Reconozco la situación, acepto su inmensidad y me niego a hundirme, porque sé que podemos avanzar.
No consigo una fórmula, más allá de pensamientos y teorías no sé cómo responder, leo y escucho a muchos hablar de ser empático y acompañar a los demás, que debo ser resiliente y estratégico, siendo optimista y estar enfocado, aprendiendo para no hundirme, pero nadie dice como se logra.
Avanzar, esa es mi estrategia. Seguir adelante, en espacios de ensayo y error. ¿Como lo estás haciendo tú?
Letting off steam: Leadership in times of uncertainty
The 21st century is framed in uncertainty, be it political, cultural or economic, today more than any other era, volatility reigns supreme, but we all know that, we move in trial and error contexts which generates distrust among us, suspicion and even rejection.
In the words of Amancio Ojeda
People believe less and less in others; the media and social networks have become great factories of human and social mirages; when algorithms know more about you than the person you sleep with.
Leading becomes more complicated and uncertainty worsens. Many of us remember past strategies or triumphs trying to discover ways and means to lead effectively, because we have the responsibility to keep the team animated and performing, to guarantee the continuity of the activities of our companies or organizations.
I write thinking about my responsibilities, I think in order to write because there are no potions to help us surf this immense wave. I recognize the situation, I accept its immensity and I refuse to sink, because I know that we can move forward.
I do not get a formula, beyond thoughts and theories I do not know how to respond, I read and hear many talk about being empathetic and accompany others, that I must be resilient and strategic, being optimistic and focused, learning not to sink, but no one says how it is achieved.
Moving forward, that is my strategy. Move forward, in trial and error spaces. How are you doing it?
