As the saying goes, "Practice makes perfect", it is really essential to engage in any practice before participating in the actual event to avoid errors and any inconvenience. Programs at school require prior practice by all participants to achieve success as the whole.
Tuburan National High Schools's Graduation Rites Ceremonies is fast approaching and as a class adviser of a Grade12 graduating class, my learners are also participating on the upcoming graduation rites, therefore they will also have to participate on the practice.
The venue of the practice is at the actual venue where the event will be happening, in Tuburan Covered Court. Our school does not have it's own covered court not like the other schools that is why every big event in our school is held in our covered court.
They practiced all the things that is set to happen on the graduation rites ceremonies, from the start until the end of the program, the organized processional and the calling of all the graduates, the graduation song and so much more.
Those are just some of the essential things they need to practice to keep an organized graduation rites ceremony.
Same with my learners, I must admit, I am more than excited for the graduation rites ceremonies since it means it is time for us to enjoy our uninterrupted vacation and enjoy our much-deserved break. Who does not want that, right?
When I saw them individually walk down as their names where called, I cant help but cry happy tears because finally, they are halfway to achieving their dreams. They are indeed one step closer to graduating and then, they will be following their dreams and pursue their much-wanted careers.
After their practice, we took a couple of group photos and as seen on the attached photos below, some of my learners are wearing their green toga caps as this is their graduation outfit partnered with their togas and school shoes. They are wearing the caps since these caps have tassels or these yellow ribbon-like ones which they will be moving from the right side of the cap into the left which symbolizes the completion of their academic journey.
They must be synchronized and do it altogether that's why they practice it to avoid errors on the actual graduation day. I am glad they are all so participative and they all joined.
As their class adviser, I am so proud. Looking forward for the actual graduation rites ceremonies. Ciao!❤️
