All the experts have historically pointed out and thus it has been shown that all teaching and learning begins in the family, constituting this in a school open to humanity. Currently this school that is the family has a great challenge on its hands due to the effect that confinement can produce in the family context when putting into practice the values that are definitely those that transcend at all levels.
Many parents have had as an excuse work, occupation, the lack of time to instill values in their children, that is, the detachment that families have experienced lately due to many factors, so today there are no excuses for not assuming the corresponding role as parents to teach values
And it is not that no one would want to live this pandemic that we are experiencing but that life has given us challenges that today we must assume and look with responsibility to also look at our family in these moments as what really is the most important thing in society and our lives.
What is human development and why is it important?
Human development, according to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), is that which places people at the center of development. It is about promoting people's potential development, increasing their possibilities, and enjoying the freedom to live the life they value.
Human and personal development is created by the family in each individual and it is through the values that parents must apply at home to their children because everything begins at home because without human development there would be no stable society, there would be no sustainable basis for the family
Thus, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) today defines human development as "the process of expanding people's capabilities that broaden their options and opportunities." Such a definition associates development directly with the progress of life and human well-being, with the strengthening of capacities related to all the things that a person can be and do in their life fully and in all areas, with the freedom of to be able to live as we would like to do it and with the possibility that all individuals are subjects and beneficiaries of development.

In this sense, the family is the basic law of humanization and also has a special value within society, it would be impossible to develop or train individuals if it did not exist and although not all families have the same values, it is important that these are applied within from the family environment specifically at home
Education begins at home where we must instill in our children values so that they can develop firmly, among them we must emphasize being responsible, not being violent, being in solidarity, respecting, not being manipulated, not lying, not stealing, among others.
This confinement is a challenge that we have as parents and we must be an example for them, thus contributing to create habits that transcend all their activities and personal and human development.
As parents we must not give up and at all times we must seek the necessary tools to make our children the best even in the most difficult times.
REMEMBER THE FAMILY IS A SCHOOL OF HUMANITY, A CHALLENGE IN THIS TIME OF CONFINEMENT
