BEHAVIOURAL OBJECTIVES; During and at the end of the lesson,the students should be able to;
i) Identify and write letter Pp
ii) produce the sound of letter Pp
ii) Mention words with the sound of letter Pp.
INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIAL; A wall chart showing objects with the sounds of letter Pp.
INTRODUCTION; To begin the lesson, the pupils will be reminded of the lesson on the sounds of letter Nn and Oo.
PRESENTATION;
step 1: Teach the pupils that letter Pp is the sixthenth letter of the alphabet. Explain further that to write the letter Pp, you begin with a stroke and end with a curve.
Step 2: Teach the pupils that the sound of letter Pp is /p/.
Step 3: Here are some words example for the sound of letter Pp;

- pet -/pet/
- pad -/paed/
- pant -/paent/
EVALUATION: To evaluate the lesson, the following questions will be asked orally thus:
