BEHAVIOURAL OBJECTIVES; During and at the end of the lesson,the students should be able to;
i) Identify and write letter Vv
ii) produce the sound of letter Vv
ii) Mention words with the sound of letter Vv
INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIAL; A wall chart showing objects with the sounds of letter Vv.
INTRODUCTION; To begin the lesson, the pupils will be reminded of the lesson on the sounds of letter Tt and Uu.
PRESENTATION;
step 1: Teach the pupils that letter Vv is the twenty-second letter of the alphabet. To write letter Vv, you begin at a point then write two stroke downward and ensure that the edges of the both strokes are joint beneath.
Step 2: Teach the pupils that the sound of letter Vv is /v/
