It is of utmost importance to highlight that such attention can be obtained in the little ones of the house, depending on the tone of voice and emotion conveyed by the person who is narrating it.
The story in the infant age is of utmost importance for the emotional and cognitive development of the child, it is an ally both for parents and for us teachers in our classrooms, through the story we can stimulate children's reflection in our little ones, capture their attention and we can achieve to show their feelings and emotions with respect to the characters and actions present in the story.
Through stories we can stimulate in children a series of values such as love, respect, solidarity, honesty, love, equality, commitment, generosity and an endless number of values, which can strengthen the development and personal and individual growth of each one.
It is of great importance to let our children know with our examples and actions each of the values and counter-values present in the story told, so that they can draw their own conclusions and put into practice the values that would be very useful for their lives.
A key example would be in the story of Pinocchio, did Pinocchio's nose grow when he told the truth or lie? In this way we can give a dynamic teaching to our children and show them that lying is an anti-value that should not be present in our lives.
By putting into practice the reading of a story in front of our children we are helping them to favor their imagination and capacity at the moment of criticizing, making their own decisions and facing difficult situations.
We will also be helping them to awaken their love and interest in reading and writing in their lives, it is of great importance to always highlight the good deeds of the main character in the story and make the child draw his or her own conclusions about his or her actions.
