Hive Power Up Day for 1st November: My First time Powering up hive

Hurray!!! I finally powered up hive. Its my fist time since I joined Hive 2 months ago. I've always wanted to power up hive, but I couldn't. Should I just say I didn't understand how to go about it.

The first time I noticed was on September 1st, I started seeing #HivePUD posts all over my timeline. I didn't pay much attention because I knew as time goes on, I'll get to understand what it really means.

On the 1st of October as well, same thing happened. Hive power up day posts everywhere and there. It was when I saw Hive account@jane1289 's article on #HivePUD I Decided to know more about it. I asked her what HivePUD really means.

Then she gave me an article by Hive account@traciyork on the "Hive power up day for October 1st".. I went through the article and got some knowledge about Hive power up day.

So this morning 1st November around 7:00am UTC time, I powered up hive for the first time. Though it might be little, but there is no harm in trying for the first time.

I received a notification from @Hivebuzz that I've got myself a personal badge for powering up.

Wish I could power up more hive, but I'll put more effort for the next one coming on the 1st of December.
