Going to the market is easy, if you have doubts there are videos on YouTube that explain how to change from HBD to Hive. You just have to select Market, then add the amount of HBD that you are going to change and hit Buy Hive and that's it. The amount will appear in your Hive wallet.

Doing Power Up is also very easy. You just have to display the arrow on HIVE and click where it says POWER UP. That's all, you will see how your Hive is added to the Hive Power.
