Today I thought the first day of the year would be a great time to start refilling HIVE POWER. I bought 105 HIVE for 10 HBD and deposited them into HP. I haven't saved anything in a long time. And I remembered when I was 13, when I saved coins for a whole year and within a year I had enough for a double-cassette recorder. I started a notebook and wrote down my income and expenses every day.
I have a few coins left from that time. Today was a sunny day, so I took three coins and took a photo by the window.
That's 30 Soviet kopecks. In 1989, I could buy two packs of ice cream, three bottles of soda, or three movie tickets for that.
Today I spent $10 on HIVE. For that money, I could have bought 10 ice creams or those same 3 movie tickets.
And I decided that ice cream and movies weren't really my thing right now. 105 HIVE will still be an investment. It doesn't matter whether the price of HIVE rises or falls in the future. The main thing is that Hive doesn't break down like my tape recorder did in 1995. That Hive brings us joy for many years to come.
