This type of economic shock-testing was recently carried out in Kazakhstan (recall?). At the moment, the western hemisphere is going through a test (gas, fuel/oil, commodities, basic necessities).

Tests are being carried out in order for the computer (A.I.) to get to know the consuming habits of each and every individual. Our preferences are being closely monitored. Once achieved, we become "well-regulated animals".
Pay attention to what the document says about the credit cards, and the "invisible tattoos". That time is now! Central banks (all owned by the City of London) will issue their own CBDCs. Soon, our societies will be made cashless. "They" will have total control of the finances, thus, people's lives.
There is no such thing as the New World Order. They call it "new", even though it is older than the book of Genesis. The system itself can be summarized down to four words: Global-Slave-Labor-System.
It is very interesting how well aware they were (back in 1979) of the potential the programmers of the future will have.
