Well of course for United States citizens to have unlimited access to the Chinese synthetic opiates that were sold to the Mexican cartels and of course with Chinese chemistry support and then smuggled across the United States border...
Don't forget that absolutely all drugs coming across the border now have been tainted with the synthetic opiates. Methamphetamine cocaine heroin and pretty much anything else that is coming across the southern border has been laced with synthetic opiates to increase the addiction rates of addicts.
Yep that's right and here we have the president and the first addict absolutely supporting encouraging and enabling this entire situation and the destruction of our own communities.
Personally I think that United States recreational drugs should be produced in our own country with extreme quality standards and it should be legal for you to go by any of this and use it if you so desire.
In fact you should be able to do whatever you want for your truck desires and as much as this is a situation, it really isn't because the United States historically we were allowed to purchase firearms as well as even drugs through the mail or over the counter. However having safety and quality assurances that you are getting what you pay for is absolutely needed as this crazy reliance on Chinese communist chemists and unknown products.
We are absolutely seeing the destruction of so many lives currently with these adulterated and highly dangerous drugs. As well as the absolute flood across our borders. However it seems like the current administration is not even caring.

Personally I would think that should we crack down on all illegal adulterated narcotics that contain any amounts of synthetic opiates.
At the same time also legalizing recreational drugs and providing our communities with the chance that these individuals can pay a tax for themselves to fund drug rehabilitation. Yep that's right all the functioning addicts out there can help to support and pay for the drug addiction treatment.
And don't forget measure 110 here the Oregon area has absolutely opened a huge can of worms providing massive amounts of criminal violence in the open air drug markets that are now Oregon cities. It is easier to go into business selling Chinese fentanyl than it is to open your own business legally here.
