Breaking news and I guess we just heard it first.
With the issues involved in this case there is no question this man is guilty of negligent homicide. He may not have had any ill wills but we should really see what is going on with the video because I would hope that as you're shooting movie you would be recording all sorts of things and this should be one of the ones that would be picked up on the recordings.
The claim that he didn't pull the trigger and the gun just went off is actually a extremely poor excuse however unless I know whether the hammer was cocked or it was lowered when he put the hand that Drew this gun...
Okay let's say he was handed a cocked single action pistol with the hammer all the way back and it's ready to fire with a light depress of the trigger.
Or on the other side of the fence let's say that he had the hammer down in the holster and when he drew the gun he caught the gun before the trigger was depressed.
Now admittedly a gun like this especially a really nice gun like this has had the trigger and action job honed and you have a pretty light trigger pull for accuracy.
I cannot find a single source cited that Alec Baldwin has any formal or common sense knowledge of firearms and is running scared from some really huge criminal charges that's going to absolutely destroy his career faster than his relatives careers have ended up imploding.
The idea that an inanimate object did multiple actions and then resulted in the death of a person not even threatening you and you claim that you didn't pull the trigger when all of those actions happened within your hand.
Well we've got a pretty big problem.
Personally let's say I was Alec Baldwin and it was not only my life but also my future on the line. I would completely admit everything and then work to make amends. I would not outright lie and blame an inanimate object for an action that happened as a result of my negligence. If it was mean I would have to say that with all of my training knowledge and awareness. I had failed as a human being and I had caused not only the death of one person but the great bodily harm to another individual. And I absolutely should take the responsibility of that.
