well it was pretty clear in the video that there was an individual who had fired off around towards Kyle which In the heat of the moment and with the ankles could easily be mistaken for a hostile shot being fired towards Kyle necessitating him returning fire.
This child is going to have a huge lawsuit against the prosecutors and the county for overcharging and as well liable harassment slander defamation of character the list goes on and on.
By the time he is 21 he's going to have an extremely generous settlement package.
And when we think the facts are all there huge developments with this case come out and these idiots claim the gun went missing. Stolen is the excuse. And it's a collectors item. Wow. The gunshot that resulted in 2 dead one with a bicep that's vaporized and sparking a nationwide argument.
At least the kid is getting a solid team of lawyers as backup.
The shooting in Kenosha Wisconsin is absolutely an example of how quickly things can go wrong and have lasting court issues. Let alone we have two dead. However it's kind of hard to argue when the kid was being attacked and the guy on film was lunging trying to get ahold of the gun.
I was pretty clear in my opinion that this is going to be a over charging and overreaction by the prosecutor. And will end badly for the county.
Especially with the team of top lawyers wanting to get apart of this case.
Lake county Illinois is not going to prosecute because there was no crime that happened in lake county and the AR-15 was purchase owned and kept in the state of Wisconsin.
I'm not exactly sure who's it is or if it is currently locked in evidence but that would be my best guess for this situation.
This is a situation that's just going to continue to escalate Nationwide with more violence happening the closer we get to this election.
As much as I deploy violence people have a right to defend themselves and Kenosha Wisconsin shooting this perfect example of what you need to do to save your life when armed and facing a violent mob.
When faced with an event like this? I'm going to say this kid did exceptionally well. He did survive the situation and escape to argue the case in a court.
Why he is even facing charges is beyond me.
The prosecutor is an idiot for sure. What political motive is this being pushed for?
Well I'm guessing this is going to be a huge settlement for this Kyle.
And after these events he deserves it all the way and as well as more firearms training for the future. And I can see him getting it all but it's going to be pretty awesome when he beats this.
