However having this huge economic war really has blown up and is going to cause way bigger issues over the next couple of years that Russian forces are barely starting to understand what they are doing.

The only real loser in this entire thing is by far going to be the common Russian people as rich people don't care and can afford to deal with sanctions and loss of income however with Russian internal economy and businesses being completely destroyed and this huge war effort being undertook with a partial mobilization Russia is unable to pay the soldiers let alone manage the financial cost from this war.
If the unconditional surrender of Russia was signed exactly this second it would still be another 20 years before Russia would be able to pay off the debt that they have incurred over the invasion of Ukraine multiple times and nearly a full year of war destroying civilian infrastructure homes businesses as well as the war crimes.
You are looking at that minimum 20 years for them to scrape out a living and be able to survive. And that 20 years is going to be extremely Savage to the common Russian people. That is the reason why the massive migration has happened. However this massive economic migration is going to come at even the individuals trying to escape and find asylum somewhere else.

So it looks like Russia now is going to be broke from the next 40 years and most likely for the next 50 to 100 years.
And it just boils down to what's all going to happen when an under what circumstances Rush is going to be forced into capitulation in this conflict before the complete collapse and retreat to Russian territory begins.
