Well, I am pretty far from a gym instructor now - I don't know if I could do ten pushups to be honest. I need to work on that. I agree about testerone, - it has dropped a lot, I just could not find a number on it at the time - but in hindsight, yeah, its dropped massive amounts -

About it symbolising hell - yeah, that is the vibe I get. Whether a pentagram or like a star of remphan, as you say - the vibe overall, is something dark - it all feels so wrong.
