In the not so far past, I already wrote a post about IONOMY BEING DOWN/ OFFLINE.
After a short conversation with the support, Ionomy got back online again.
And continued working great!
Since then Site is online all the time, fast, I got my withdrawals, everything worked perfect as supposed to.
But now I have seen some posts about Ionomy not paying out BTC.
So I tried it.
My last withdrawals were: Jan, June and Octobre of last year.
And these were bigger BTC/ Hive withdrawals.
And indeed:
My new, last withdrawal of Bitcoin from Feb 22 - 21:15 has not been sent yet.
Just staying greyed out..
So I've written the support again, in hope it is just their automatic withdrawal system that is broken..
Hoping to get my bitcoin.
Because if I'd loose my 0,01278235 (+0,001 Btc fees ~ 50$ for ionomy) which are nearly 600$ now.. would hurt me quite a lot..
I'm currently waiting for a response by the support..
But others also said they are still waiting for their withdrawals and support reply for over 2, nearly 3 months now.. :/
Well, back then (2 months ago), it still worked for me (42 Hive withdrawal Feb 1st)
And last Octobre was my last big Bitcoin Withdrawal..
Which luckily worked as usual back then.. sent in just a few hours.
And the last time I had contact with ionomy support, they didnt need longer than A MINUTE TO RESPOND (probably cuz they got more mails and intalled an automatic response regarding the website being offline, having service provider outage)
and not more than half a day to fix all issues and AGAIN RESPOND MANUALLY to tell me everything is online and working again.
You can see it here:
Does anyone know Dennis Berk ? And especially a way to contact him (instead of over support) ?
Or does anyone else have another idea what we can do ?
Apart of waiting, drinking tea and hoping everything will resolve.
(When ionomy as website was completely offline would have been a better situation for an exit scam, instead of now, when it is still online, an people already took out big parts of the funds over the last half year, since the service provider outage.. so I do not really believe yet, it is truly a exit scam, ionomy trying to steal our funds..)
I'm still hoping the support guy just got ill and due to ionomy being so little, they only have one support.. or something like that :S
I would be sad. Not only because of my stolen funds (which were profits, so no real loss, but still hurting me, struggling to finance my life) but also cuz I just like the little ionomy exchange.. was basically the last centralized exchange I was on..
Here are posts of another user, who already told us about the ionomy bitcoin withdrawal problem way earlier:
Is Ionomy stealing from their customers?
