The past few weeks have posed significant challenges to our mental well-being. We have endured the physical and emotional toll of typhoons and tremors, which disrupted daily life and brought heightened stress and uncertainty.

Adding to this collective burden, we recently learned of a tragic loss a member of the clergy who died by suicide, a stark reminder of the profound impact mental health struggles can have, even on those we often see as pillars of strength.

Just today, heartbreaking news emerged about a young mother, only 21 years old, who tragically took her own life during a livestream on Facebook.
These tragic events highlight the critical and urgent need to enhance mental health awareness and expand robust support systems within our community, ensuring that individuals receive timely help, reducing stigma, and fostering an environment where emotional well-being is prioritized and all members feel safe to seek assistance.
The Game
This game is called the "MindDay Game" in honor of World Mental Health Day. I hope that through this simple and fun game, we can raise awareness about mental health and bring the community together in a positive way.
While the prizes may be modest, the mission is about raising awareness and deepening our community’s understanding of mental health. This game is thoughtfully crafted to make learning about mental well-being engaging and accessible, breaking down traditional barriers and inviting everyone to participate in the conversation.
I am deeply grateful to all who continue to engage and support this important initiative, as together we cultivate a more informed, compassionate, and united community that prioritizes mental health.
