We keep talking about natural vegetables and fruits and I try to tell about their benefits. In the previous post I talked about three vegetables and in today's post I will talk about fruits and their special benefits.
NATURAL ARE BETTER THAN ARTIFICIAL
Everything that is natural and pure is good for the human body. In this day and age, everything is becoming artificial which is a matter of danger for the whole life. That's why I always insist on using fresh and natural foods. The things that are given by nature are blessed and have many benefits. But unfortunately nowadays vegetables, fruits and other foods are made artificially.
HOW NATURAL FOODS ARE RUINED
Recently it was noticed that plastic rice was made in China which looked exactly like real rice and also rubber eggs were made which was doing well in the market. Similarly, there we heard of vegetables and fruits in which artificial colours and sweeteners are injected which are also sold in the market which is definitely harmful to health. Strict action should be taken against those who destroy natural foods and play with people's lives.
GRAPE FRUITS AND MANDARINS
In today's post we will talk about two fruits and their benefits. Like we were talking about their varieties in fruits in previous post. Today we will talk about two Citrus fruits named Grapefruit and Mandarin. Citrus fruits are those which are rich in vitamin C and the skin of such fruits is thin and fleshy on the inside. Such fruits are called citrus fruits and this type of fruit is very famous and popular among the people.
GRAPEFRUIT
Grapefruit is a very delicious and juicy fruit which is a mixture of orange and red colour. This fruit is mostly cultivated and its germination time is in winter. You can also make this fruit juice and eat it in other ways. This fruit is similar to Mandarin which also has similarities in taste. The fruit is grown in Florida at a rate of 60 percent which is then supplied to other countries this is because of their climate, soil and land characteristics. It bears fruit in about six to three months. The tree is tall enough to reach a height of about 40 feet. There are many benefits to this fruit, some of which I will share with you.
BENEFITS OF GRAPEFRUIT
- One of the main benefits of Grapefruit and Mandarin are same which this fruit reduces acidity of the stomach which keeps active.
- This fruit increase metabolism, which helps digest food and makes hungry again and again.
- Another great benefit that it helps to reduce the weight of the body.
MANDARIN
Mandarin is something else in taste and benefit that we call Malta in our language. It is a very delicious sweet fruit and full of juice. Cultivation begins in winter and lasts until late March. Like grapefruit, we also make juice that refreshes the heart. This fruit tree is a small to medium sized tree that is often more found in China. We can eat this fruit in many ways like making juices, making desserts, using it in salads and so on. There are many benefits to this fruit, some of which I will share with you.
BENEFITS OF MANDARIN
- This fruit is full of vitamin E, and Vitamin E helps to promote hair growth.
- This fruit like grapefruit also helps to reduce the weight of the body.
- This fruit has more citric acid which helps to manage the blood pressure of the body.
