We have cold weather and in cold weather we try to eat hot vegetables which are good for the body. Today I will tell you about the three delicious natural vegetables and their benefits.
The three natural and beneficial vegetables are carrots, cucumbers and Radish which are often used for salads and we often use these vegetables in our meals.

Carrots are called a natural and useful vegetable. Which is reddish-yellow in color and elongated. This carrot is often found in winter and is reasonably priced. Some people add carrots to food and it is also used for salads. They also extract its juice and drink it as a beverage. We also make carrot halwa in which we add carrot, koya, sugar milk and dried fruits. This carrot pudding is very tasty and useful especially in winter season. This food is very good for keeping the body warm. It has many benefits which are mentioned below. But one important benefit that I think must be mentioned is that carrots eliminate the weakness of the eyes and increase the brightness of the eyes.

CUCUMBER
Cucumber is another natural vegetable that is considered to be the most important vegetable of life. It is often used as a salad. Cucumber comes in green color which is long in shape. This cucumber is grown in our area which is cheap in terms of price. Cucumber juice also comes out which is very useful to drink. Eating cucumber brightens the skin and removes pimples. Cucumber is also used in noodles which adds flavor to this food. This vegetable should be eaten at 12 o'clock in the morning as it is the best time to eat cucumber.

RADISH
Radish is one of the best vegetables which is full of water. Comes in white color and is long in shape. Like carrots and cucumbers, it is famous for its vegetable salads. I like to eat it myself. Radish is very good in taste and it has less sweetness and I want to have this vegetable in every table cloth. This vegetable is often cultivated in summer season and we get it in autumn season. Like cucumber, this vegetable is also reasonably priced and has numerous benefits. Radish is often used in food which enhances the taste of food. We must eat this vegetable with rice because its combination with rice is very strong. There are many benefits of this vegetable, some of which I will share with you.
