(i'm happy to receive testimonials such as this from work-exchanger's who come for a "work retreat" here at Atmanna in #Bulgaria.
As i said, not everyone is as happy as Brune, and some, especially those who stay longer than a few weeks and who do not keep up with the daily meditation and yoga practice, are less likely to find Atmanna so suitable.
Long term residents (for whom there is a resident trial period of probably six months or so) however are able to have some of the more strict rules i have in place relaxed, after (in my opinion) they have demonstrated an embodiment of non-violence, non-judgement and willingness of cooperative obedience to the current rules.
The rules / guidelines for sure will be adapted in the future so they are no longer set by me, but by consensus of the resident governors. Until then, i listen to suggestions / ideas for change, take note of the level of consciousness (currently gauged by me as i am the only long term resident) and the period of time in trial residence, before making changes.
