Hi Hiveans,
Hello and welcome to my page. I am . This is my entry to the question of the week challenge. Kindly follow me as i share my view on the topic which states that "What Aspects Of Sustainability and Holistic Living Are Important To You?"
Before i proceed I'll like to describe what holistic living and sustainability is about. Holistic living refers to a good and healthy living as a result of the kind of food you eat, ways you exercise and your lifestyle in general. Living right and ensuring you're sticking to the right kind and pattern of meals and lifestyles respectively. Living holistically ensures the sustainability of our life and this will definitely make us grow in sound health and builds you a strong immune system fighting against any sort of germs or bacteria.
From this one can say that holistic living makes us live long and frees us from any sort of health challenges. For instance i love drinking water at any slight chance. When eating a meal i drink more water than the meal I'm taking and due to this i hardly fall sick. Though i do feel stomach upset like twice month which is more like a muscular cramps and I'm working tiredlessly to ensure I'm free from such an health situation. I normally skip breakfast and love taking more of sugary meals as i love sugar so much due to its sweetness. I'm trying harder to cope without having to get more addicted to sugar diets for my good and my health adviser is helping me as well.
Stomach and chest aches at intervals had always been what i usually deal with. At times, it's usually accompanied by total discomforts round my body system. From the moment i cut down on the level of my sugar in take and gave more room to frequent exercises and yoga i started experiencing a decrease in the level of stomach upset and body pains. Now I'm more than free compared to how i was before.
To conclude this part, my suggestion regarding the importance of holistic living and sustainability will be on the area of drinking lots of water to flush out toxins from the body, reducing sugar intake, exercising more frequently and adding more fruits to your diet. If this becomes your lifestyle be reat assured you'll definitely live longer, stronger and healthier.
