I used to think meditation is hard and I thought I didn't learn proper ways to meditate. I had no idea how to control my breath and shut down my chatter thought. I found myself not relax but fighting between my thought. Then I read somewhere that meditation is actually really simple. Just focus on your breath. If I am not able to shut down my chatter thought, thats ok, just gently go back and observe my breath. There is no expectation for me to do right or wrong while meditating, just be there is enough.
