Pickles including vinegar (rice vinegar or apple vinegar) is good for our digestive system, combine with the benefits of superfood Red Quinoa compound also much vitamin A in carrot and the high nutrition -rich of vitamins - low calorie & important minerals from cucumber. We can get what our body need. Let's check it out now!
Ingredients
• 50 grams of red quinoa
• 1 Japanese cucumber
• ½ a medium carrot
• Red chili
• Ginger
• Apple Vinegar
• Salt
• Sugar
• Sesame oil
How to make
• Wash thoroughly and steam the red quinoa (medium rare)
• Slice the cucumber and carrots into long strips. Slice chilies and ginger.
• Mix into one: carrot, cucumber, quinoa, ginger, chillies. Add salt, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil.
• Shake until combined in a closed container. Let stand for about an hour and store in the refrigerator.
Very easy right? for red quinoa can be replaced with green beans or brown rice (NOTE: Don't overcook it). Can be enjoyed with toast for breakfast or as a complement to lunch vegetables. Good luck 😉
