All we aim to do in life is to achieve excellent, primarily, do our very best to show the world that we we at least can make the difference, Many times we lack understanding of what excellent is, and we pursue and press to meet up with what other people believe to be excellence, even when we get there, we are still not satisfied, because there is more to it than what others believe.
Excellence is a quality that people really appreciate, because it's so hard to find. Excellence is the quality of excelling, of being truly the best at something. Getting an A+ shows excellence. Michael Jordan's basketball career was filled with excellence. We love Picasso and Shakespeare for their excellence. When you see excellence, you should appreciate the work that went into it. So much in the world falls short of excellence.
I would love to say that excellent is in categories and it should be engaged base on the categories. but many have actually left their own category and focus on others category, thereby not giving the best because of looking at other persons template for excellence.
The factors
I know you may familiar with many factors of excellence but I will looking the basic element that when you put all together will become a necessity and if you remove it can be so much detrimental.
- TIME:
Time: the measured or measurable period during which an action, process, or condition exists or continues
Time cannot be under estimated in the subject of excellence, at any time, one is handling the subject of excellence, any one concern will have to spend time so as to gain mastery over the very issue of concern. the concept of time is to also help one understand the season of which something can and should be done, in most cases when you miss the timing for a particular thing, the time may not be regained.
- AVAILABILITY/COMMITMENT
The issue of availability is of great important, For any and all engagements, one must be available to be able to effectively gain knowledge within the available time frame, also one who is available will with time commits itself to the very subject of interest, one will have to be available so as to even engage time,
- DILIGENCE
Diligence—carefulness and persistent effort or work—is one of the seven heavenly virtues. It is indicative of a work ethic, the belief that work is good in itself.
The issue of diligence is one key element you will have to give so much attention to, knowing what you should know and as well giving your very best to that which you should do. if excellent is your watch word, in other to follow details and as well engage process effectively as its expected, you have to be diligence.
Finally i will love to say that you don't need all the money to have be excellent in your dealings, Just like my Good friend Did Say, Excellent is not costly, so stop thinking that all you need is based on what other people have structured to be their definition of Excellent, Know yourself and as well understand your true capacity.
The little child you are seeing under the tricycle with the father, repairing the machine, it may seem like he knows nothing but give him some time, as he engages the processes on a daily base with diligence, he will soon become the best young tricycle mechanic without going to school, and paying heavy amount for training and tutoring.
