He gives rain on the face of the earth, and sends the waters on the fields. Job 5: 10
God blesses his creation and does not forget about it. God blesses the living beings created by Him, especially the human race. God makes us abound in his grace and mercy. We may not deserve his bounties, but even so, God sends the rain on the earth and makes the fields fill with his sweet waters so that the earth may flow its fruit.
Rain is a blessing from God and we should give thanks for it. Without the rain, the earth would hardly be able to bear fruit. When God closes the heavens, drought impoverishes the earth and hunger strikes creation.
Rain, no matter how much or how moderate it falls on a place on earth, is still God's blessing. In the different places on earth where the rain is a lot, natural disasters occur. The man must in a conscientious way inhabit the places where the risks are less. However, God will not stop making the spring of rain that comes from heaven flow.
In times of drought we long for rain and in times of heavy winters we long for God to close the torrents of heaven.
We must understand that God's nature is to bless his creation. God will not stop flowing the rain over the face of the earth and over the fertile fields that feed creation. God is faithful and his mercies will never fail.
He will give your land the rain in its season, the former rain and the latter rain, so that you may gather your grain, your new wine and your oil. Deuteronomy 11: 14
Rain is the raison d'être of God's sustenance for the maintenance of all living beings on earth. God will give the former and latter rain in due time, and He will cause grain, wine, and oil to flow for the sustenance of the human race.
So much is God's love for his creation that he sends rain on the earth no matter who does good or bad. God's nature focuses only on blessing.
so that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven; because he makes his sun rise on the good and the bad, and rains on the just and the unjust. Matthew 5:45
If God rains down on the just and the unjust, how much greater and more faithful is the love of God?
