“MES DE LA MUJER, ALEGRÍA Y EL AGUA"

Para mi Marzo es un Mes fascinante, creo principalmente que es el mes donde comenzamos a ver abundancia y prosperidad en nuestro nuevo año, de hecho según el calendario es el primer mes de la primavera es decir el renacimiento de la naturaleza, ha de ser por eso que lo amo tanto.

For me March is a fascinating month, I think mainly that it is the month where we begin to see abundance and prosperity in our new year, in fact according to the calendar is the first month of spring is the rebirth of nature, must be why I love it so much.

También me encanta porque es mes de celebrar la vida en cumpleaños con mi familia primero mi Padre, hermano menor y yo, experiencia que agradezco al universo y más en la actualmente ya que a pesar de la circunstancia política, económica y social que aqueja a mi país Venezuela aunado a la pandemia, hemos tenido la dicha y coraje durante este año de cuidarnos para poder seguir nuestro destino.

I also love it because it is the month of celebrating life on birthdays with my family, first my father, my younger brother and myself, an experience that I thank the universe for, and more so in the present, because despite the political, economic and social circumstances that afflict my country Venezuela, together with the pandemic, we have had the joy and courage during this year to take care of ourselves in order to follow our destiny.

El tema de esta iniciativa me encanta “mujer, alegría y agua” creo existe una magia integradora que lo envuelve y da mucho de qué hablar, y desde mi experiencia y sensibilidad voy a expresar.

El agua es el vital líquido para nuestra existencia primeramente porque es el fluctuamos y nos sostenemos durante nuestra primera experiencia de vida durante la gestación en el vientre de nuestra madre.

El agua está relacionada al fluido de nuestra sangre, flujo vaginal, lágrimas y transpiración aparte de ello la ciencia comprueba en miles de investigaciones que un gran porcentaje de agua habita en nuestro cuerpo.

Water is related to our blood fluid, vaginal fluid, tears and perspiration. In addition, science proves in thousands of researches that a large percentage of water inhabits our body.

El agua y todo lo que nos integra como mujer desde hace un buen tiempo lo vengo escuchando, entre conversaciones, libros referidos y encuentros. Y fue en Biodanza donde conecte de lleno con el tema de la mujer y la vida ecológica, me pareció interesante y emotivo los relatos de hermanitas de camino quienes con sus experiencias narraban todo lo relativo a la aceptación de su feminidad, la maternidad, el fluido de su menstruación, fueron conmovedoras historias que escuche detenidamente y en silencio, que resultaron un espejo donde hice muchas reflexiones de cómo estaba asumiendo mi feminidad.

I have been listening to water and everything that integrates us as women for a long time, between conversations, books and meetings. And it was in Biodanza where I fully connected with the theme of women and ecological life, I found interesting and moving the stories of little sisters on the way who with their experiences narrated everything related to the acceptance of their femininity, motherhood, the fluid of their menstruation, they were moving stories that I listened to carefully and in silence, which resulted in a mirror where I made many reflections on how I was assuming my femininity.

A partir de allí acepte una primera invitación a un taller “encuentro con mis dones”, la facilitadora fue una hermosa mujer perteneciente a la étnica indígena Kariña una de los pueblos originarios que aún persiste en mi país Venezuela. Taller donde hubo un abordaje muy profundo del reconocimiento femenino en integración con nuestra amada tierra y con ella el redescubrimiento de nuestros dones para ser retomados y poner al servicio de la naturaleza con nosotras mismas y con los demás.

From there I accepted a first invitation to a workshop "encounter with my gifts", the facilitator was a beautiful woman belonging to the Kariña indigenous ethnic group, one of the original peoples that still persists in my country Venezuela. Workshop where there was a very deep approach of the feminine recognition in integration with our beloved land and with it the rediscovery of our gifts to be retaken and put at the service of nature with ourselves and with others.

Como abeja al panal comienzo mi recorrido por infinidad de encuentro donde reaprendí a visibilizar y enaltecer a la mujer que soy y las que me rodean mirando nuestro dones como estados de gracia para ser y estar en el mundo. Yo tenía muchos mitos y recelo al tema de menstruación ese líquido rojo al que una vez que empecé a reconocer como parte de mi fluido natural, desde allí las visitas mensuales empezaron a ser más llevaderas y saludables.

As a bee in the honeycomb I began my journey through countless meetings where I relearned to make visible and exalt the woman I am and those around me looking at our gifts as states of grace to be and to be in the world. I had many myths and misgivings about menstruation, that red liquid that once I began to recognize as part of my natural fluid, from there the monthly visits began to be more bearable and healthy.

En este transitar conocí a una amiga Brasileña quien me invito a participar en un taller donde aprendí un poco sobre danza circular. El circulo que ancestralmente y desde tiempos milenarios todo lo integra lo sostiene y da vida tal cual nuestro planeta tierra donde el agua el es vital elemento. Allí tuvimos un gran encuentro con nuestros dones al servicio de la naturaleza y hablamos de la importancia de nuestro cuerpo femenino de lo que está constituido y sobre todo de como a partir de nuestra gracia sin estereotipos nos podemos relacionar e integrar en total armonía, sanidad y alegría con lo que existe.

In this journey I met a Brazilian friend who invited me to participate in a workshop where I learned a little about circular dance. The circle that ancestrally and since millenary times integrates everything, sustains it and gives life just like our planet earth where water is the vital element. There we had a great encounter with our gifts at the service of nature and we talked about the importance of our feminine body, what it is made of and above all how from our grace without stereotypes we can relate and integrate in total harmony, health and joy with what exists.

Esta danza circula es un ejemplo de lo que gustosamente viví y disfrute entre hermanitas de camino en mi taller del cual guardo gratos recuerdo y aprendizajes, quedándome un gran regalo y que cada vez que puedo practico, al igual que la danza circular de los 4 elementos que de vez en cuando utilizo como recurso de expresión en mi trabajo como maestra de artes para niños procurando despertar su conciencia ecológica.

This circular dance is an example of what I gladly lived and enjoyed among little sisters on the road in my workshop from which I keep pleasant memories and learning, leaving me with a great gift that I practice whenever I can, as well as the circular dance of the 4 elements that from time to time I use as a resource of expression in my work as a teacher of arts for children trying to awaken their ecological conscience.
