For most of us, what we eat, that doesnt make any difference to the thought process we all need to have in the diet or the food menu we make or choose to take at the daily limit. Thats so awful to look and you would be very astonished to hear that only a few of the people all around the world have any headache for it.
But, I just want to ask that, does only the expensive foods do have the stronger ability to keep our body healthy and sound?
Maybe, the answers would come out from different perspective and cultural contexts.But, having witnessed people and their knowledge of the food values and the nutrition senses, its pretty much clear to me, that the diversity is so rich that, its not possible to note down all those things in the single column or a blog, but a series of them would make it enough.
But,for today, we arent going to discuss about all those things,rather lets be linited to talk on a single concept that would make some difference to the food value and the nutrition perspective and clearing out an age old idea we tend to bear out of superstitions. So lets get into that ...
Are Expensive Foods Rich Enough In Nutrition ??
This is the question most of us try to mix up and tend to have a blind sort of idea nipped inside our head. Some people do say that, only the costly food in the market has the greater nutrition in it and those people having this sort of attitude bears the notion and they rush for increasing the total expenditure to the foods they buy. This is so simple, but we all know that, only the expensive foods shouldnt be the richest in terms of food value and the nutrition attached to that.
You see more than 60% of the people both in countryside and the rural folks, have this conviction in their mind and this makes a foolish display of the knowledge they possess, but thats totally wrong.With this sense, they lack those good healths and the benifits of having so, giving birth to the problems like malnutrition and the associated complexities coming out from the habit of consuming foods that is expensive, but no practical health benefits at all!!
What About Junk Foods?
Going to buy sandwich & hamburger or kfc chicken fry or mutton chop in the local roadside restaurants and the hanging out with the friends to have some party and the weekend to pass there in search of finding the blow of steam and the daily afternoon cafe time-passing, those living in the town square and accustomed to leading this sort of life,shouldnt be too much complex to understand that scene.
Now, attending on all of these aforesaid parties or events, dont seem too bad to feel or having the foods on the menu and exercising teeths for the chewing of those hot -prepared toasts, feels soo good too eat, momentarily.But, those foods taste so good going down the stomach and in the aftermath we witness, increase in blood cholesterol leve,High in LDL and with the process, blood pressure rise and exposing the body to feel lethargic and letting it to store bad chemicals and metal ions, gradually.
What Is The Alternative To Junk Food Consumption??
Maybe, junk foods make us to increase the taste of food intake, but thats not bringing the best of our health and looking at the state of it for a long period of time.Now, I am not saying, eating junk foods twice and and thrice in a month is bad, but what makes all these things really subjected to objection, is the gradual building of habit to take the food for a longer period.
Alright, taking two or three KFC fried chicken in a month,it is granted and we all can have that,but I have also seen so many people to have the tendency to sit in the bench of the restaurant and ordering multiple foods to eat in a single day. How dangerous that is? Eating junk foods consistently and stocking the subcutaneous fats on the waist side and the whole surface of the belly.

Taking Green Vegetables In The Daily Diet.
I started early on the blog by saying about the people and how they have the tendency to eat costly foods and hoping to get the health benefits from those foods. But, they dont want to understand the science of food and nutrition and the hidden benefit one can get by choosing the foods from plant sources like,
- Fresh Vegetables and the monsoon crisps,
- Seasonal Fruits ;
- Adding Enough Dietory Fibres to The Menu ;
- Omitting The Non-Refined Oils & others;
- Excluding toxic Fats and the extra Carbs etc.

Good state of health comes from having the proper sense, what food to eat and what not. We can all save medical expenditure and the extra bills that we have to pay plus the sufferings created from that choice.Hopefully, we would make the good use of the nutrition knowedge and do secure the health benefits from choosing right foods from the right markets and have a ready wit to look for the foods in hand. 🙂
