You can already find this on my blog, youtube, instagram probably several times but now I updated the version of my sweet dish just for you here on HIVE. Thank you for all the upvotes - finally I found people who do not attack me for being healthy and sharing my knowledge.
Ingredients:
- 800g soja joghurt (additive free or self made)
- 2-3 kg fruit:
-- 4-6 Bananas
-- 1 Apple (Royal Gala today)
-- 1 Kaki/Caqui
-- 1/4 Pomegrenate - 3 tbs flax seeds
- 1-2 tbs buckwheat (flour)
- 2 hand buckwheat sprouts
- 2 hand sunflower sprouts
You may add some tonka bean or vanilla or cocoa or cinnamon or different fruit. Wild Blueberries have super strong antioxidants and very low sugar for a fruit.
Cut 1 portion of fruit (if you are a real (sporty) man that´s one portion)
Look at this beautiful self fermented SOJA JOGHURT
Use a glass with lid and the leftover Joghurt, add soja milk and let it ferment for 14+ hours depending on the temperature. Should be between 20-45°C
Grind some flax and buckwheat. Flax must be fresh ground or the fats are lost.

I thought something was missing. The sunflower and buckwheat sprouts. I took some of the dried which started molding after sorting out a little.
Hmm check out these beautiful dried sunflower seed sprouts. You can grind it and have protein powder with great fat acids. Unfortunately the fats do mold at some point.

That´s the sunflowers from yesterday undried but sprouted. A little bigger than before
I usually mix everything together and do not plate it fancy and garnish it. I just do it for you because most care more about how things look and not about inner values.
