Earlier, when I went to the mailbox, passing the pool I heard a sucking/gurgling noise. I looked and the level of the water was almost not making into the intakes.
I sent an email, telling this and said as the subject "URGENT, I'm just trying to save you some money"
I told them that pump had just been replaced not too long ago, and it would be to replace again if they didn't get someone out to turn it off, and/or add some water to the pool.
They replied "Thank you"
I went for a walk around the neighborhood with a neighbor,
coming back in there was a lady coming out of the office.
As we drew closer,
she was going around the end where the shed door is and the pool motor.
so I called out to her, she is Sylvia and is the maint. supervisor.
Together
(well I pointed out the numbers on the list) we got the circuit breaker turned off.
We strolled around for a bit, talking with me pointing out things (she asked to do this) Then she left.
She said that next Tuesday, there would be a person in the office... FINALLY.
